Welcome to the Voic:E

Welcome to the August edition of Voic:E, the University of Aberdeen's alumni e-zine.

We want to continue sharing information about alumni benefits, volunteering opportunities, events and news with you! If you would like to continue receiving information from us then please complete our Stay in Touch form.

We love to hear from our alumni to find out what you are doing now and we hope you enjoy hearing from us!

Voice Magazine

We hope that you've received a copy of our annual Voice magazine which was sent to you in July. If you're wondering where it is, we might not have your current address. If you’d like to receive future editions it would be great if you could update your address through our Alumni Hub.

If you haven't had a chance to read through the magazine, a range of featured articles can be found on our website. In future if you would only like to receive an online edition please let us know by emailing alumni@abdn.ac.uk.

We hope you enjoy reading it and we’d love to hear your feedback.

Alumni Groups Return to Campus

On 12 August we welcomed back USA-based Class of ’57 alumni and long-term supporters of the University Ken and Anne Young who visited the Sir Duncan Rice Library where they saw Book Conservator Brannah Mackenzie at work in our Special Collections Conservation Studio.

The 17 August saw a reunion of 1960s alumni who were delighted to be shown around a much-changed campus, then a week later a reunion group of alumni from the early 1990s enjoyed a similar tour.

Are you planning a reunion? Email alumni@abdn.ac.uk to see if we can help.
