The plan for the exhibition inspired work with students at Kinlochbervie and Ullapool High Schools in the North West Highlands. Clare Bond at the University of Glasgow is working with artists Kate Foster and Alex Wilde on this part of the project. Kate is also exploring the work of geologists in the NW Highlands 100 years on from the publication of the "Memoir to the Geological Structure of the NW Highlands" (1907) - mapping mountains: alternative proceedings
