Flybe are also introducing new flights from Birmingham, Exeter, Manchester and Southampton
The airport is located 9 miles east of the City of Inverness. If arriving at Inverness airport on the 25th we can offer a coach transfer service at a cost of £15 direct to the McDonald Highland Resort with a return transfer on Monday 30th June 2008. Depending on your time of arrival there may be a short wait at the airport. Please book early.
Taxis are available at the airport costing approx £45 for a 40 minute journey to the Resort. Buses operate to and from the airport terminal to Inverness city centre where you can get a train to Aviemore.
Flights from various destinations fly into Aberdeen Airport including London Heathrow, London Gatwick, London Luton, Manchester, Bristol, Dublin, Copenhagen, Stravanger, Bergen, Amsterdam and Paris (CDG).
We can offer a coach transfer service at a cost of £25 from the Airport on Wednesday 25th June 2008 and back to the airport on Monday 30th June 2008. The coach journey will take around 2 hours. Please be aware there may be a wait at the airport between your flight arriving/departing and the times of the coaches. There will also be a limit to the number of passengers we can transport so please book early.

Aberdeen Airport to Aberdeen Bus/Train Station
Regular bus services operate from the airport to Aberdeen city bus/train stations. A single fare to the city centre is £1.30
The Aberdeen/Inverness Train services also stop at the local station at Dyce which is just a short taxi ride from the airport. Taxis are available from the terminal forecourt and are operated by Rainbow Airport Taxis (01224 775555)
There are 2 flights a days from Edinburgh Airport to Inverness airport (where we can arrange pick up, see above) flying with British Airways.
The Airlink 100 to city centre is an express bus service that operates frequently to Edinburgh city centre.
Three taxi ranks are in operation at Edinburgh Airport. The fleet of airport private vehicle taxis operate from the eastern end of the terminal building with the city 'black cab' taxi rank available adjacent to the coach park. The third rank is located on the ground floor of the short stay multi storey car park and is available for taxis that have been pre booked.
A typical journey time to the city centre takes around 25 minutes and fares vary according to the distance travelled.

Glasgow Airport operates a frequent bus services (service 500) to Glasgow Central, Queen Street railway stations and Buchanan bus station - every seven minutes at peak times. Single fare to the city centre is £3.95 and £5.95 return. Approximate guide to journey time from airport to city centre by bus is 25 minutes. The city centre bus stops have an airport link logo on them.
