The HCHDC was formed by Mr Freak, of the MG-rover.org forum. The first discussions of a club with presidents etc, was mooted in July 2003, where MG_Deano (now known as just Deano) was nominated as vice-president (Link).  They had an ever-growing club leading to an official HCHDC Calendar for 2004, featuring a members car for each month of 2004.
