RESEARCH
My research on Performance-Related Pay (PRP) has received significant attention in the press, such as the BBC Business Scotland radio programme (click here) and the Scotsman (click here). It has also been cited in the high-profiled Hutton Review of fair pay in the public sector (HM Treasury). You can view further media citings on my work on job satisfaction (e.g. Times, Sun, Daily Mail, Herald etc.) by clicking here, here, here and here. Finally, the distinguished Professor R. Freeman (Harvard & LSE) has cited my PhD research in his talk "Your job: Love it or hate it? The economics of job satisfaction".
All of my research papers (published and working papers) are available for download here.
