By entering your details we will be able to compile an inventory of current research which will help scientists collaborate, identify key areas where research is necessary and access available funding sources. The information exchange will also help disseminate our knowledge on human exposure issues to a wider audience.

The questionnaire contains two parts:

Organisation details

Project details

All interested parties and researchers involved in human chemical exposure should complete the 'organisation details' section. This provides the database with basic contact details, research interests etc. Scientists currently working on projects that are associated with human exposure research should then additionally complete the 'project details' section. A separate 'project details' (section B) should be completed for each project you are currently involved with. Each section should take no more than about 10 minutes to complete.

You can download the questionnaire by clicking below. The questionnaire can then be returned either as attached files by email or by post. You should download the Word version if you can complete and return the forms by email and the adobe pdf version if you wish to reply by post.
