Augusto Vitale
Augusto ("Aggie") was at Culterty Field Station during the mid-1980s and now works in Rome. He celebrated his 40th birthday in March, 1998, when this photo was taken. Aggie's the one on the right. His other half, Caterina is on the left. Not pictured: Pietro Vitale (b. 2000). Aggie still works on animal behaviour, still plays the drums, still loves Zappa's music and still hates Hawkwind and is not far off the next significant birthday!.
