Streptococcus pneumoniae
Research on Streptococcus pneumoniae has been concerned with the analysis of the mechanism of the M phenotype of eythromycin resistance among Serotype 14 isolates. A collection of clinical isolates of eythromycin sensitive and resitant pheontypes were examined using the small format 2D gel system developed in Aberdeen.
