Select a protein spot highlighted in red from the 2D gel map of HI-64443 presented below to display information on co-migrating proteins among other members of the Haemophilus genus. The map currently allows the selection of the 50 most abundant proteins in the HI-64443 reference 2D protein profile. The HI-64443 non-typable isolate of H. influenzae is the reference strain used in the development of the Haemophilus 2D protein database. The values for the isolelectric points and molecular wieghts were determined by co-electrophoresis of bacterial lysates with molecular weight and pI marker proteins as described in the protocols section.
