Select a protein spot highlighted in red from the 2D gel map of H. influenzae strain Rd presented below to display information on co-migrating proteins among other members of the Haemophilus genus. The map currently allows the selection of the 50 most abundant proteins in the Rd 2D protein profile. The values for the isolelectric points and molecular wieghts were determined by co-electrophoresis of bacterial lysates with molecular weight and pI marker proteins as described in the protocols section. Where proteins in the Rd 2D protein profile co-migrate with proteins for HI64443 data on the latter are presented, otherwise only data relating to Rd are presented.
