Society Aims and Objectives

"The Computing Science Postgraduates Society intends to support and complement the research life of postgraduates with social activities. Postgraduates should feel comfortable during their often straining research work and the society wants to act as a relay for informal support for research students from their peers. The society also aims to help new postgraduates to settle in and provide them with any information and experience existing in the postgraduate community so that they can be integrated easily. Activities to develop group dynamics within the postgraduates community will be movie nightouts, community lunches and dinners, away days and trips throughout Scottland etc."
