Nava is working as a research fellow in natural language generation in the dot.rural digital hub. She is working on the CURIOS and MinkApp projects.

Before that she was working on an Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) tool for interactive personal narrative in relation to the "How was school today...?" project.

And before that, she was at Telefonica Research, Barcelona, working on user-centered issues in recommender systems.

16th of April Invited to be on the panel discussion at the Symposium on Influencing People with Information (SIPI). Aberdeen, April 25th.

11th of April 2012 Proposal for Recsys'12 Workshop on Interfaces for Recommender Systems accepted. First version of the page is now up.

28th of March 2012 Paper accepted for INLG'12 - MinkApp: Generating Spatio-temporal Summaries for Nature Conservation Volunteers. Submitted as short but accepted for oral presentation!

15th of March 2012 Gave a talk on the CURIOS project at the Smart Tourism and the RCUK dot.rural workshop 'Rural needs in Scotland'
I also gave a seminar on Affecting people with Natural Language Generation at Herriot-Watt (MACS)
