August 2002 - HullHere is one I made earlier ... panel shapes were lofted onto ply from Robbins in March, cut out and butted together in April, stitched in May, and taped and epoxy filletted June/July.Lessons Learned:Spend more time lofting fair lines. Spend more time with a plane/spokeshave fairing panels pre stitch. Wood flour is no substitute for West 403 or filleting blend. |
