Briefly, for participants needing to finalise travel arrangements:
The accommodation will be in: King's Hall, King's College, University of Aberdeen, AB24 3FX or the near-by Crombie Hall, both accessed via College Bounds. You may check in after 14:00 on the day of arrival and you must check out by 10:00 on the day of departure. Note that the reception desk for all types of accommodation is at Crombie House, building number 40 on the Old Aberdeen campus map.
We recommend travel by taxi from the airport (cost c.a. 20 pounds) and from the railway station (c.a. 8 pounds).
Click here for the Aberdeen University travel pages.The first meal (for which registration is optional) will be served between at 19:30 on the Monday evening. Breakfast on the Tuesday morning will be at 08.00.
The lectures will be in the nearby Meston Building (i.e. the Chemistry Department of the University of Aberdeen). The first lecture will be at 09.00 on the Tuesday morning.
The meeting will finish with lunch on the Thursday at 12.45; again registration for this meal is optional.The detailed program is available here.
