BSA

Work, Employment and Society is published by the British Sociological Association (BSA) and SAGE Publications.

The BSA is a charitable company representing the intellectual and sociological interests of its members. The Association runs and supports a number of conferences each year as well as publishing three high ranking academic journals and a variety of newsletters. They also support 40 study groups providing specialist networking opportunities and events.

Founded in 1951, the BSA has members drawn from a wide range of backgrounds - research, teaching, students and practitioners in a variety of fields. The BSA provides a network of communication to all who are concerned with the promotion and use of sociology and sociological research.
