Elphinstone Hall
One of the most stunning and ancient venues available at the University of Aberdeen is the baronial Elphinstone Hall, designed and built in 1930. It is a simply stunning room with an oak floor, magnificent hammer-beam roof in pitch pine and oak panelled walls, Elphinstone Hall is ideal for larger wedding receptions.

Linklater Rooms - for ceremony only
Linklater Rooms provide a unique and distinctive venue

Situated adjacent to Elphinstone Hall, the Linklater Rooms enjoy a similar baronial style and are just as stunning with unique period features including original fireplaces – which can be lit during autumn/winter months - oak panelled walls and hammer-beam roofing. 

Comprising of two equal-sized rooms with an adjoining door, the Linklater Rooms are a popular choice for wedding ceremonies.

An exceptionally unique venue, the James MacKay Hall is located adjacent to the Auditorium within King’s College Conference Centre.

The King's College Chapel
Kings College Chapel is available for traditional wedding ceremonies to graduates, students and staff of the University of Aberdeen, their children as well as members of the Robert Gordon University.
