Delegate Registration This includes attendance at the course, a delegate pack refreshments, lunch and conference dinner on day 1

Delegate Registration with accommodation This includes attendance at the course, a delegate pack refreshments, lunch, and conference dinner and accommodation on day 1. There is no VAT charge.

Cancellation

In the event of a cancellation a refund of the registration fee, less an administrative charge will be made, provided that notice is received, by letter or email, no less than 1 month before the event. It is regretted that cancellations received after this time will be liable for the entire (full or student) fee. Substitutions may be made at any time at no extra charge. If the University cancels the event you will receive a full refund. Any extra items not paid for on departure and/or failure to return your room key will be re-charged to individual participants.
