Remove-It - an HTML tag-stripper for Windows 3.1
This utility simply removes all HTML tags from a file, and saves
the remaining content as plain text.
The program allows you to specify how to handle certain tags (e.g. whether
to insert a new line in the text whenever a <BR> tag appears in the
HTML).
To install and run the program:
- Download and save the self-extracting archive file rvstor.exe
(117 kb) to a suitable directory on your hard disk.
- From the DOS prompt, or the Windows Program Manager, run the file rvstor.exe
to unpack the actual program file remove.exe (228 kb).
- Run Remove-It from the File Manager by double-clicking on remove.exe
- Delete the archive file rvstor.exe
