About us
IT Training
We publish a schedule of courses and workshops in support of software applications at the University. On request, we can also arrange custom courses or events for your team, School or College.
Documentation
We provide documentation and information supporting the use of University IT systems and services including workbooks, fact sheets, web pages, and news about IT services viat the IT update ezine.
Assistive Technology
Our assistive technology advisers provide information, advice, support and training in the use of assistive technologies for disabled students. For more about Assistive Technology at Aberdeen, see www.abdn.ac.uk/assistivetechnology.
Software support
We provide support for the use of MS Office applications and some Adobe applications. Please contact the IT Service Desk - servicedesk@abdn.ac.uk - in the first instance. Your call will be directed to a member of our team if appropriate.
