6th Century Course in Sustainable International Development

The launch of the Centre's new 6th Century Course in Sustainable International Development took place on 28 September 2011.

The course aims to provide students with an overview of the complexity of sustainable international development and the linkages between social development, economic growth and environmental protection. This will be approached through an examination of the achievement of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) with a specific focus on countries in sub-Saharan Africa.
