The next Arts and Social Sciences Applicant Day will take place on Wednesday 16th March 2016.
The programme of events for the 2016 event is currently being developed. Please be assured that these pages will be updated as soon as possible to include the latest information on our 2016 activities.
The day is specifically designed for applicants to our undergraduate degrees in Arts and Social Sciences who have received an offer for one of our degree programmes in session 2016/17. (Please note: Alternative arrangements are made for MA (Honours) Education applicants. Further information will be sent directly to you by the Admissions Team.)
As the event takes place during term-time, prospective students are able to get a sense of what it would be like to study here. With all our students engaged in their normal studies and social activities, the campus has a lively and energetic atmosphere which can only be appreciated when you are actually here to sample it for yourself.
Our students have already made the choice of making a difference with an Aberdeen degree and we're sure you will too as you find out more about studying at the University of Aberdeen.
In fact, several attendees at previous Arts and Social Sciences Applicant Days have told us that attending the event made them realise that the University of Aberdeen was definitely the place for them.
"Due to the warm reception and informative talks and the fantastic facilities I have chosen to firmly accept this University." (Attendee at 2015 Applicant Day)
All you need to know about the Arts and Social Sciences Applicant Day, such as how to get here, where you can stay, the schedule for the day's events, and how to register can be found on these pages. If you have any further questions, please contact us.
