Q: Why am I unable to view certain images and video files in MyAberdeen?

A: MyAberdeen utilises certain add-ons.  It may be that you don’t have the most up to date downloads installed on your computer. Click on the Help tab in MyAberdeen and run the Browser Checker, this will alert you to any areas that you need to update. You can find links to the websites for downloading relevant add-ons within the browser checker application.

Q: Where will I find the lecture slides for my course?

A: For any issues relating to course materials contact your tutor or course co-ordinator in the first instance. You might also want to look at the Introducing the Course Environment Quick Guide at: http://www.abdn.ac.uk/students/myaberdeen-support.php to familiarise yourself with the layout of your MyAberdeen courses.

Q: I can’t see the course menu that used to be down the left hand side of my course page, how do I get it back?

A: The left hand panel of the course environment is collapsible. Click on the arrow button half way down the page at the left edge to expand this area again.

Q: How do I submit an assignment via TurnitinUK?
