Psalm: 80
Iconography: God bends down from heaven and fills the psalmist's mouth with a rod. Open your mouth and I will fill it..The rod is the Word of God, according to Isaiah 11:4 ('He shall smite the earth with the rod of his mouth'). Two other men are being lifted to safety, clutching God's hand. In trouble you called upon me and I released you.
