Tips for USS members

As a member of the pension scheme you can improve your retirement income or tax free cash through Additional Voluntary Contributions (AVCs). These are tax-efficient contributions made from your salary. You have the option to pay AVCs in USS, but you can also set up a  Money Purchase AVC administered by Prudential.
