The Staff Training and Development Team are here to support you in the development of your skills, attitudes and knowledge in the areas of leadership, management and personal development.

Staff development supports the University's Human Resources Strategy. The aim of the strategy and its supporting policies and procedures is to provide a positive working environment which enables staff to optimise their performance, commitment and contribution.

Members of the Team are happy to provide advice and guidance on staff development and training matters.
