Room Booking
The University has a large number of bookable rooms including lecture theatres, classroom and meeting rooms. Responsability for bookings for these rooms are split between different campuses and teams.
The Central Timetabling Team are responsible for booking:
- Central Teaching Pool
- University Office meeting rooms (Court Room, Committee Room 2 and the Video Conference Suite)
- MacRobert meeting rooms (MR509, MR609 and MR721)

James Scotland Suite, MacRobert Building

Teaching timetable and ad hoc-bookings
The teaching timetable and ad-hoc bookings at Foresterhill are managed by the College and School administrative teams.

The Suttie Centre and MacGillivray rooms are bookable online and are managed by Arlene Ray.
