Romanian and Bulgarian Workers

Romanian and Bulgarian nationals who wish to take up employment in the UK, will normally be required to seek permission from the UK Border Agency before commencing employment. You may need to obtain an accession worker card, or have eligibility to work under the Seasonal Agricultural Workers Scheme (SAWS), or the Sectors Based Scheme.
