The University runs an annual Promotions Exercise for members of the Academic Staff and individuals in Professional and Support Staff roles seeking promotion to Grades 5-9.

Support Staff Promotion Procedures
A wide-ranging review of the Support Staff Promotion Procedures in partnership with Trade Union colleagues from Unite and Unison is ongoing. It is currently anticipated that a revised process will launch in May 2013.
