These guidelines will be helpful if you are organising a University event.

The Events Office holds the University's calendar of events, exhibitions and conferences and you should check for any date clashes.

Events can also promote your event by featuring it on the University website and in various publications including the monthly events ezine, the alumni ezine and Voice magazine.

To advise us of your event, please download and complete the form and email it to the Events Office at events@abdn.ac.uk. The form may only be completed by staff members of the University. If you're a student wishing to add your event, please email us at events@abdn.ac.uk.
