The Staffing and Development Committee has responsibility for maintaining a strategic overview of employment-related matters for all staff , and advises Senate and Court (and other Committees as may be appropriate) on strategic issues affecting members of staff within the University. The sub-committee which reports to the Staffing and Development Committee is the Partnership and Negotiating Consultative Committee (PNCC).
