The Public Engagement with Research Unit is pleased to offer the Principal's Prize for Public Engagement with Research for 2013.
The prize is intended to recognise individuals at the University of Aberdeen who have made an outstanding contribution in the field of research-led public engagement.
First prize is a personal award of £500 and a further allocation of £500 to be invested in a public engagement activity or training opportunity of the winner’s choice. The second prize will be a personal award of £250 and an allocation of £250 towards a personal development opportunity around public engagement, again of the winner’s choice.
The prize is a measure of institutional support for public engagement with research at the University of Aberdeen, which is one of eight centres of excellence for public engagement under the RCUK’s Catalysts Scheme.
The deadline for the prize is the 5th of April 2013.
