University Commitment

OneSource will be a very ambitious and no doubt demanding programme of work, but one which I believe will bring significant benefits to the University and its people and renew our business processes in readiness for the next 20 years.

Over a three to five year period we will see faster turnaround times, better quality information, more self-service and accessibility options for our applicants and students. We'll enable our staff to have at their fingertips accurate, up-to-date information about all aspects of the University's work including our student population and our research portfolio. We'll eliminate the many wasted efforts of updating and maintaining the same information in many different places and the risks such duplication can bring.

I personally look forward to seeing the programme unfold and to hear from those across the University Community of the many benefits we uncover on this path. I want to thank you in advance for engaging and contributing to this very worthwhile initiative.
