Single Equality Scheme

The University of Aberdeen has a Single Equality and Diversity Scheme and Action Plan, both of which are accessible from the Policy Zone.

The Single Equality and Diversity Scheme was reviewed by the Advisory Group on Equality and Diversity on 22 March 2011, resulting in a written report on progress in the 12 months since the Scheme was launched, and the Action Plan which now contains a column indicating the progress on specific actions and includes a review of Reporting Dates.

The Scheme is a working document which will be modified when appropriate.

The Single Equality and Diversity Scheme contains many new actions which emerged from the consultation process. It also contains actions which had not been completed from preceeding Schemes such as the Disability Equality Scheme and the Gender Equality Scheme.
