Am I eligible to apply for any prizes or awards?During your university career you may be eligible to apply or compete for a number of awards and prizes. Most of these are detailed in the University Calendar, a copy of which you will find in the University Library. At Level 1 The Ayo Adeyeye Memorial Prize is awarded annually in June for best performance at level 1 in language and cultural studies. At Honours level, the Department awards the Pamela Bacarisse Memorial Dissertation Prize for the best student dissertation each year.

From time to time, news of other types of awards, grants, and prizes is sent to the Department and is posted on the noticeboard on Floor 2 of the Taylor Building.
