  • Back of pack (BOP) nutritional labelling will become compulsory for most companies introducing the nutritional information for the first time in their packaging from 13 December 2016
  • Businesses already providing nutrition information, had to comply with EU regulations by 13 December 2014
  • Front of pack (FOP) nutritional labelling whilst not mandatory is recommended by the UK and Scottish Governments to encourage healthier eating patterns
  • Labelling is compulsory if you are making a Nutritional Claim
