Breakfast Choice Study
Eating breakfast 

We are looking for male volunteers

  • aged between 20-75 years
  • overweight

We will provide you with two different breakfasts to be eaten at home on alternate days for 10days. We will ask you to keep a food diary so we can assess what else you have consumed on these days. You are then invited to come to the Rowett Human Nutrition Unit (HNU) on two occasions (1 week apart) for the study Test Visits, which last approximately 4hours. The study lasts 19days in total.
