Venue: Start at Rocking Horse Nursery, finish at King's Chapel

This year we will join the european wide celebrations in honour of St. Martin, the kindly soldier, a few days early on Friday 9th November 2012. Everybody is welcome to join the kids of the Rocking Horse Nursery with their self-made lanterns. We will meet in the nursery garden and warm up with some mulled wine, tea and biscuits at 17.30. The lantern parade will then follow a horse-backed Saint to King's Chapel, where the sharing of the Saint's coat with a beggar will be re-enacted. We'll warm up inside beautiful King's Chapel with songs, music and and stories. For details please contact Sarah Walker.
