Forbes Medal in History |

Cultural History Prize |
The University of Aberdeen ran an MA course in Cultural History for 25 years until 2011. The first director of Cultural History was the late Joan Pittock Wesson (d. 2012). Cultural history is now taught within the History MA. The Cultural History Prize recalls the university's pioneering role in Cultural History, and is awarded annually for the best cultural history essay or dissertation by a University of Aberdeen student. The prize is supported by the Cultural History Prize fund established in 2007. |
