Generic Skills For Postgraduates

Pre-requisite(s): Must be registered for an MSc taught programme in the Schools of Medicine & Dentistry and Medical Sciences.
Note(s): GS55M1 is the code for students starting their programme of study in January.
This module is spread over 12 weeks and consists primarily of lectures. The aim is to provide postgraduate students with all the tools necessary to carry out assignments, essays, presentations and practicals. These gneric skills are vital not only to the student's success for the duration of the taught programme, but are also essential skills that will help them in their future careers. Although this is not a credit-bearing course, attendance at lectures is compulsory.
