Students are issued with a Student Identity Card at the beginning of their programme of study and should retain that ID card throughout their studies until completion. An ID Card may be collected once a student has formally registered (completed electronic registration and, if applicable, chosen courses with their Adviser of Studies, or equivalent). New students are asked to upload and electronically submit a standard passport-sized photograph in advance of the start of their studies for their ID card. This can be done at
