Risk Management

Risk Management is integral to the University of Aberdeen's approach to planning.  Deriving from the objectives outlined in the Strategic Plan, the Corporate Risk Register [currently under review] is a tool to assist management of our activities in support of our institutional vision.

Risk should be a standing item on all Committee agendas.

Formal governance is overseen by the Risk Management Committee, which reports to the Operating Board.  The University Management Group plays a key role in the implementation of the University's Risk Management Policy and Procedures.
