Ends and Means is a journal of philosophy and technology that was issued twice yearly by the Centre for Philosophy, Technology and Society. It is devoted to philosophical explorations of the social, moral and conceptual implications of modern technology. Ends and Means is not committed to any one school or style of philosophy, but its policy is to publish material of major philosophical interest which is likely to be accessible to a wide readership.
