Isabel Crane BSc PhD, Senior Research Fellow

Dr Crane was awarded a BSc in Genetics and Microbiology and PhD in Genetics from the University of London. She has worked in Immunology at the National Institute for Biological Standards and Control and later at the University of Bristol as a Research Fellow and then Wellcome Lecturer in Immunology. Her current research interests centre around the cytokine network within the eye and in particular the role of chemokines in the infiltration of the retina by inflammatory cells in Endogenous Posterior Uveitis.
