Conference Fee:
- £85 for waged
- £70 for un-waged
Conference Dinner
Please join us for the conference dinner at the historic Ardoe House on the south bank of the River Dee in Aberdeen on the evening of 9 July. Cost is £45 per delegate.
Registration Procedures
Registration should be done online at the link provided below. Please note when booking accommodation that you will need to book for each night that you would like to stay. (For instance, if you require accommodation from 7-10 July in King’s Hall then you would need to purchase items E, F, and G from the online store.) With regards to catering at the conference all delegates receive free tea and coffee at break sessions throughout the conference; however, if you require lunches or dinner on the first night, 8 July, then you must purchase item C. Catering--Basic Conference Meals. During the summer term there are a couple cafeterias on campus that are open for lunch but not for dinner. Please note that there are very limited catering facilities in the immediate vicinity of the university for evening meals. Once again, we encourage all delegates to join us for the main Conference Meal at the Ardoe House on the evening of 9 July. You may book your place for the main Conference Meal in the online registration as well. Transportation to Ardoe House will be provided.
