With this in mind, a number of important induction sessions have been arranged to equip you with practical advice and tips on matters such as living in Scotland and University Life. A full Programme of Events for will be available in early December.

Immigration Advice

The University's Visa Information page provides guidance for international students on all matters relating to immigration. We strongly advise that you read this information carefully.

Under the UK's Points Based System (PBS) for Immigration, International (non-European Economic Area / non Swiss) students will need to apply for a visa under Tier 4.  For some short courses it may be possible to apply for a Student Visitor visa, but you must get advice before considering this option.
