Accommodation

University Halls of Residence

The University offers a variety of both catered and self-catered accommodation for students. Before applying, it's wise to think about what sort of service you require - perhaps you don't want to have set meal times and would rather eat when you please, or alternatively you might enjoy the convenience of not having to cook for yourself.

See our University Halls page for more information.

Private Halls of Residence

There are a variety of companies who offer accommodation in Aberdeen specifically for students. These tend to be set up as self-catered flats, usually of 5 people, with kitchen/living area and bathroom.

  • UNITE - UNITE operate three such schemes: the Mealmarket Exchange; the Old Fire Station; and New Carnegie Court. Prices vary from property to property.

  • LibertyLiving - LibertyLiving also offer rooms like this in Liberty House.

  • Hunter Construction - On campus are two privately owned halls: Coopers Court and Hunter Court. Owned by Hunter Construction, they provide students with either ensuite or shared bathroom rooms in multi-occupancy flats.
