Research Interests
John Hubbuck's main research interests are in algebraic topology and related algebraic and number theoretic topics.
Currently, in collaboration with Japanese mathematicians, he is working on fundamental questions in homotopy theory raised originally by Ganea in 1971 and, with UK mathematicians, on new questions in the invariant theory of finite groups.
