This presentation will examine two recent works by the composer:Reproductions and (H)ANNA(H) and the use of glitch in both digital and non-digital approaches to composing for dance.

Both works explore abstractions of reality, memory and identity.

Ross Whyte is a composer and PhD student at the University of Aberdeen.  His field of research is concerned with visual music and multi-sensory perception.He composes in various mediums including audio-visual, dance and headphone-specific sound works.http://rosswhyte.wordpress.com/
