02 July 2018 Participants Needed: Awareness And Its Role In Processing Natural Images We are interested in finding out how object categorisation is modulated by awareness. During the experiment, you will view images through a mirror stereoscope, through which different images are presented to the left and right eye. You are asked to classify the image as an animal or not.

This experiment lasts approximately one hour. You will receive monetary compensation at the rate of £5/hour.

If you are interested in volunteering please contact Oana Iosif at r02oai16@abdn.ac.uk for more information. Participants need to have normal vision and be able to complete the experiment without wearing glasses, although contact lenses are accepted.

This study is supervised by Dr. Rama Chakravarthi and Dr. Søren Andersen and has been approved by the Psychology Ethics Committee, University of Aberdeen (PEC/3846/2018/1 ).
