Curriculum Updates
The MBChB programme is constantly updated in response to GMC guidance, to scientific and medical advances, to changes in healthcare delivery and changes in educational theory and practice. Aberdeen has always been at the forefront of medical education and therefore, ten or so years after the introduction of the current curriculum in 1995, the MBChB programme has been completely revised and modernised to ensure that it produces doctors fit for practice in the 21st century!
The current curriculum and its anticipated revisions are outlined in this section.
